A proofreading job for ABC Books HarperCollins, Outback Mates is a photographic journey into the heartland of Australia. The book has been curated from photographs submitted to the popular Facebook group ‘Outback Stations’, so my editorial task was to preserve each photographer’s language as much as possible, rather than to create a uniform tone and style.
