The Little Pizza Cookbook was published by Murdoch Books in 2018. My role in the project was as proofreader – if only it was as head taster! Editing and proofreading cookbooks needs a terrier-like nose for inconsistencies (in phrasing, measurement conversions and ingredient names, for example). Unless one is supplied with a job, I’ll always great a style sheet for every book I work on, to keep track of preferred styles and decisions made, and submit it with the edited manuscript/proofread layouts.
